I have used these l&s machines a few times. They can help you relax deeply but I think that it is possible to relax just as well without the machines-and natural is usually best. Joseph

Have you used a sound and light machine (uses pulses of sound and light to effect brainwaves via entrainment) for self improvement etc? If so post your experiences here.
